HeadhuntingPruebas PsicométricasCapacitacionesAsesoría para búsqueda de empleoDepartamentoSan SalvadorLocalidadSan SalvadorSalario1600Tipo de ContrataciónTiempo CompletoDescripción de la PlazaResponsibilitiesDevelop new business via telephone, email and social media to introduce the products, solutions and services and identify appropriate buyers within the target market Qualify inbound leads and cold prospects via phone and email, identifying key decision makers, business pain points, relevant projects – and when possible – budget, and purchase timeframes Proactively cold-call and email into prospect accounts from a prioritized target list Partner with field sales on lead hand off Follow up on marketing campaigns with scripted outreach, including appointment setting at industry events Collaborate with demand generation team members as needed to plan, draft, and execute outbound communication cadences. Reviews plans with manager prior to execution. Build and cultivate prospect relationships by continuously engaging them with personalized communications, such as marketing content (i.e., whitepapers), and company news in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel to sales acceptance Work closely and meet regularly with the sales stakeholders on account strategies, prioritization, lead hand off and follow up Utilize CRM system to accurately record all activities, route leads, and coordinate lead acceptance management process Use data in CRM and available tools such as Marketo, LinkedIn and others to understand prospect and account backgrounds to successfully personalize communications Skills and Experience 90% English level 2+ years Inside Sales or Sales Development experience ideally at a software or technology company.
