Responsibilities: Support and enhance our word-of-mouth user acquisition strategy by engaging in the following activities: Writing periodic messages (via email and social media) to our userbase announcing new functionalities, telling success stories, as well as propagating and strengthening our brand. Coordinating periodic online events of varying magnitude that teach our audience how Torre works and demonstrate new functionalities. Analyse and improve our user acquisition funnels for prospects who learn about Torre via our word-of-mouth efforts. Collect and collate testimonials from our existing users. Challenges: Measuring the impact of your work. Being comfortable dealing with frequent pivots triggered, primarily, by a strict user-driven methodology. Working alongside a team of inquisitive overachievers. Understanding as well as acknowledging the limitations in our resources and technology and working around them. Persisting and persevering. Frequently coming across unknowns. Managing constant change and sudden growth. Working in a demanding environment. Giving and receiving candid feedback without either making it personal or taking it personally. Career path: Your tour of duty is expected to last from two to three years.
