Empleo: Dispatch Manager / Gestor de Servicio al cliente / Ingles:La descripción del trabajo.:Compartir Facebook Twitter EmpresaRleadsDescripción de la EmpresaRleads es una empresa dedicada a proveer servicios de publicidad y marketing digital a clientes en una amplia gama de industrias en los Estados Unidos de America.DepartamentoSan SalvadorLocalidadColonia San BenitoTipo de ContrataciónTiempo CompletoDescripción de la PlazaAs a Dispatch Manager, you will be responsible for training new team members, assign tasks, supervise the daily work load of your department, oversee the different roles each dispatcher performs during their shift, track every job order logged on a daily basis from starting to completion, and report to senior management.Job description: - Lead dispatch team to meet quotas - Supervise and support dispatch team during established work shifts - Supervise daily work load - Train new employees - Assign tasks within your department - Ensure every step is followed to it's best to complete every job order - Actively negotiate with customers using sales pitches - Support dispatch team members if any issue arises with customers - Manage dispatch shift schedules - Deliver reports to senior management - Monitor and document employee performance - Maintain efficient workflow within your team Qualifications Strong computer skills mandatory Fluent English speaker (90% level at a minimum) Detail oriented and able to multi-task Self-motivated and able to learn quickly Exceptional verbal and written communication skills both in English and Spanish At least 1 year of experience in Management or Call Center Supervision is required Customer service and sales experience required Outstanding leadership and organizational skills Full time availability Weekend availability University degree is not required but highly recommended A passionate, motivated and ambitious attitude that will inspire your team What we offer: Job stability Work Onsite All law benefits Highly Competitive Salary and Bonuses opportunities Excellent work environment Growth opportunities Rleads is an equal opportunity company.
