Resolve customer billing problems and reduce the number of accounts receivables.You will also: Provide outstanding customer service and resolve unpaid bills through both outbound and inbound calls. Record information about the financial status of customers and the status of collection efforts. Advise customers of necessary actions and strategies for debt repayment. Answer customer questions regarding problems with their accounts. Negotiate professionally with customers and explore sources to determine the best possible arrangement. Verify customer information and offer payment options. Follow up on the recovery of funds and reactivation of Customer profiles. Skills and requirements: Advanced English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office. High School diploma. Must be able to work in the office. Schedule from 10 AM to 8 PM from Monday to Friday, Weekends Off. Must have reliable transportation. Experience: Entry-level assistant with 1-year experience in BPO, telemarketing, call center experience in a customer service account or any related experience is preferred. Experience handling larger volumes of calls is preferred. What do we offer?
